The “Conecta Redinter” program addresses the internet access gap in rural communities within the areas served by our concessions in southern Peru. Its objective is to provide free, secure, and reliable satellite wireless internet access.

Initially, the program covered nine communities within the service areas of our concessionaires TESUR, TESUR 2, and TESUR 4, laying the groundwork for a crucial digital transformation.

The evolution and optimization of “Conecta Redinter”:

After two years of continuous monitoring and learning about the usage patterns of the beneficiary population, we have taken another step forward with the implementation of the second phase of the project (2024-2025). This phase includes the participation of strategic partners such as Adra Perú, Axess Perú, and Redeia, along with Redinter Perú, seeking to further optimize the service and its impact.

Currently, the project benefits more than 1,600 people in six communities, covering the areas served by REDESUR, TESUR, TESUR 2, and TESUR 4. To date, no service outages have been reported, confirming efficient service. This translates into digital access for municipalities, schools, and families, boosting education, communication, and local development.

To document these advances and the program's transformative impact firsthand, we traveled to the town of Chalhuanca, one of the six beneficiary communities, where we were able to witness the results of the "Conecta Redinter" program.
